It's telling you that there is another piece of hardware used for pointing connected to your computer and it disabled your touch pad. If this message keeps appearing, saying, "Touchpad disabled" and you are still able to move the cursor after about 12 seconds, then either your touchpad driver needs to be updated or replaced, or there is a certain button on your computer that turns it on and off that you probably should turn on. You shouldn't ignore updates, always have all of your software up-to-date to prevent this from happening.
