Could someone kindly advise me a recruitment agency in Sweden specializing in construction?

We are UK internal and external specialist contractor and are planning to start a business in Sweden. One of the possible solutions to provide a sufficient number of skilled operatives/site managers is to recruit the labor from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Could anyone advise me a recruitment agency specializing in recruitment from overseas (construction)? The idea is to understand would it be enough of skilled dry liners in those countries ready to move to Sweden for a contract? Many thanks in advance. Natasha.
