Is it difficult to get a job for a fresher? I have finished my MSc Computer Networking course recently.?

I have completed my course in UK. I want to come back to India. I am not even trying any jobs in UK. I am not applying for PSW also. My heart always says India. I am not greedy about salary. Anything around 20000 rupees would be enough. Plz suggest some good recruitment agencies that can almost guarantee a job. I want to join as soon as possible.I am ready to take telephonic interviews from UK. Plz dont say, come to India and try from India. Coming back to India and roaming for jobs in India would be very awkward situation for me. So, plz suggest any agencies that can help me in finding a job from UK in India.
