Okay so i play volleyball! Im going in to my junior year, and i've been playing all through highschool and i play club. i'm not as i guess you could say skinny as the other girls i play with and i'm a little self concious about my upper thigh area. My spandex tend to roll up and i constantly have to pull them down all throughout practice, games and tournaments. I was wondering if there are any like exercises that can eliminate the extra fat! please let me know, and no rude comments!
