Strenous exercise with mediocre diet?

Hello. I was hoping someone could help me with an ongoing problem of mine regarding my health and weight. For years I have struggled with making healthy food choices. There are times when I could go on for a week consuming only fresh veggies, fruits, whole grain foods and grilled white meat and protein shakes. However, as we all know, America being a fat country, healthy eating isn't promoted and eating junk is recommended. Especially when you work graveyard shifts, it becomes extremely difficult, at times even impossible to maintain healthy eating habits. Now I exercise strenously 6x a week and am seeing minor results. Even during the weeks that I am being a good girl when it comes to my diet. So naturally this adds to the discouragement of healthy eating. So my question is how can I make it so that my healthy diet doesn't get bland? Also, any tips on raising metabolism levels? Places to shop for cheap healthy foods? BTW, I am 4'11 and 104 lbs. So I'm not extremely out of shape but my main goals are to eliminate the jiggles and tone up. Thanks
