Im a 15 year old male (5 feet, 11 inches tall, 175 pounds) I'm not fat but I do have some excess fat espicially around my stomach. I'm trying to lose weight and build muscle during the summer but it seems like Im not making much progress. I go to the gym everyday for an hour and do cardio and 3 times a week I do weight resitance training. I don't eat junk food (hamburgers, chips, soda, etc) at all and I drink alot of water but by looking at my self it doesn't seem like I'm making much of a difference. Any ideas?
