Should I do PG diploma in finance?

I have completed my MBA and my specialization subjects are HR and Marketing. I am not getting any good job in HR . Does HR have no scope? All jobs are of recruitment.I am not much interested in marketing jobs because they include sales work.I feel that I have chosen wrong specialization. Should I do post graduate diploma (1year) in finance.will that help me in getting good finance job?
